Wiki-Flex: The Workplace Flexibility Index
Wiki-Flex ranks organisations on how flexible they really are, rated by the people who actually work there. The Wiki-Flex Index publishes the highest rated organisations, and the method behind every score is published in full.

An organisation is ranked once ten of its people have rated it, with a published rating methodology so that a handful of responses cannot place an organisation on the list in either direction.
The Wiki-Flex Index
The Wiki-Flex Index ranks the highest rated organisations on workplace flexibility, in descending order of their Publishable Organization Score. Every score comes from the people who actually work at the organisation, not from the organisation itself.
Ratings cover remote work, hybrid work and other forms of flexible working, and the Index can be read by country and by industry. Each respondent answers ten questions on a five point scale, and an organisation becomes publishable only once at least ten of its people have rated it.
The key elements and questions as well as the ranking method are published in full, including question selection, question weightage and the qualifying threshold. It was designed by Jackstien International LLP, a firm of risk management consultants.

Who Manages the Wiki-Flex Index
Wiki-Flex is a workplace flexibility index built collaboratively by the people who work in the organisations it rates. Wikipedia democratised access to information; Wiki-Flex sets out to do the same for the world of flexible work, giving employees a place to record what their employer’s flexibility is actually like, and giving employers an honest reading of where they stand.
For employees and job seekers, the ratings give a clear view of the best places to work in remote, hybrid and flexible roles. For employers, a published rating supports their standing as an employer of choice for the right talent.
The rating method behind the Index was designed by Jackstien International LLP. Wiki-Flex is a service for the larger improvement of the remote and hybrid work culture, and nothing on the website is for sale.
