The Wiki-Flex Index ranks the thirty highest rated organisations on workplace flexibility. Every score comes from the people who actually work there, and the method that produces it is published in full.
What the Index Ranks
Organisations are ranked on the flexibility they offer in hybrid, remote and distributed working. The Index lists the top thirty Publishable Organization Scores in descending order, and can be read by country of organisation and by industry.
How an Organisation Qualifies
An organisation becomes publishable once it has at least ten respondent scores. Below that threshold it is not ranked, and it is not shown. The threshold exists so that a handful of responses cannot place an organisation on a public list, in either direction.
How the Score Is Calculated
Each respondent answers ten questions on a five point scale, from Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree, with a sixth option for questions that do not apply to them. Questions marked as not applicable are excluded from that respondent’s score rather than counted as neutral.
A respondent’s score is the sum of their ratings divided by the number of questions they answered. An organisation’s score is the average of its respondent scores, with the top and bottom 2.5% removed so that outliers cannot skew the result.

Who Designed the Method
The questions, their selection and the scoring criteria were designed by Jackstien International LLP, a risk management consulting firm. The method is published rather than described, so that any reader can check how a score was arrived at.
Cannot See Any Companies on The Index Yet?
We do not permit publishing of rankings for any organisation that has not yet reached the respondent threshold, so the Index may not publish full rankings. This page and the live table will fill as organisations qualify. We would rather publish nothing than publish a ranking built on thin responses or bad methodology.
How to Get Your Organisation Ranked
Rate your own employer through the Wiki-Flex feedback loop survey. It takes ten questions and you may submit anonymously. An organisation needs ten responses before it can be ranked, so passing the survey to colleagues is what moves it onto the list.
